Building of several new shops started (new galvanic and metal treatment area, new storage facilities for precursors and dangerous chemicals, new adhesive applying section, alternative power storage etc) - total about 700 m2

Cryogen deflashing equipment was purchased - to produce o-rings and other items absolutelly without flash

Barwell MIDI type precision preformer was purchased - to process smaller orders.

Started working with FVMQ fluorosilicone elastomer, industrial serie of this raw material purchased, new test molds produced

New concrete industrial fence (total 600 m long) with electric driven door was installed around the all plant territory to add security.
Reconstruction of main administrative building started from change of 21 old wood windows to new plastic ones - to save energy resources. Process of reconstruction will continue.

New Germany-made computer controlled post cure oven of small size (115 L) purchased - to process smaller orders, especially for fluorosilicone parts manufacturing.

During last warming period modern Buderus boiler was working under control of operator stuff. In 2013/2014 warming period it is set up to run only automatically with assistance of just installed: natural gas' leakage safety device & valve, temperature sensors for 2 warming lines and two servo valves, room temperature probes and setters of desired temperature. This will help to avoid using personnel in the boiler room in the night and holidays time.
LED territory lighting project started - to reduce constant energy consumption. First 4 industrial LED laminairs of 65 Watts each were installed:
Eight new trimming automatons for oil-seals are in assemble (projected by Kremenchukgumotechnika, main parts produced locally): New automaton (with PLC control) for metal case chamfering put into design phase.
